Add Sizzle to Your Next Summer BBQ: Olympic Landscape and Irrigation Cooks Up a Tasty Outdoor Kitchen

Tacoma, WA (PRWEB) June 4, 2008 -- If you're looking for a way to spice up your backyard this season, you won't want to miss the Pt. Defiance Flower & Garden Show being held in Tacoma, Wa., June 6, 7 and 8th. The show includes loads of garden information and inspiration, and to get your juices flowing, Olympic Landscape will be featuring a working outdoor kitchen as part of their Summer Sizzle Grand Display.

Designed as an ideal spot to cook, dine and entertain friends, Olympic Landscape's installation will feature an edible garden, with herbs, fruits and vegetables, along with water feature and fire pit. Hot flowers, cooled by touches of blue, and a tree-lined canopy will create the perfect summer haven.

Executive Chef Matthew Colony and Consulting Chef Sean Quinn of Maxwell's Speakeasy + Lounge will be demonstrating their flair for grilling. Delicious samples hot off the custom grill supplied by Albert Lee Appliances will be available to try. South Sound Magazine's Entertain with Jordan will be showcasing her best pesto and sangria recipes. Demonstrations will be held on the hour each day from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. It's the perfect opportunity to get a taste for what makes a great backyard.

Olympic Landscape's Summer Sizzle is presented in partnership with South Sound Magazine and Albert Lee Appliances. Bergman's Contracting is supplying and building the arbor and screen. Sara Blakeslee of Container Landscapes is supplying and designing the container garden.
